1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through woodforge.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products & Descriptions
All Woodforge products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the images shown. Natural wood grain, colour, and texture variations are part of what makes each piece unique — not a defect. We strive to describe every product accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellations
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@woodforge.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as production or fulfilment may have already begun.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Processing time is 2–5 business days; delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Woodforge is not responsible for carrier delays once a parcel has been dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product photography, copy, logos, and design — is the property of Woodforge and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to a claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
