Every Woodforge piece is handcrafted with care and leaves our studio in perfect condition. If something is not right when your order arrives, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below and reach out to us at hello@woodforge.com — we are always happy to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Because each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we ask that you take care with packaging when returning an item.
Email us at hello@woodforge.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving written authorisation from us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at hello@woodforge.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
The following items are not eligible for return: custom or personalised orders, items marked as final sale, and items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order once your refund has been issued.
